Yes. If there's a Women Travel Tribe tour you love, we can create a private version on dates that work for you. We can also adjust the itinerary, pace, hotels, activities, or trip length.
We can create private trips for 1–20 travelers. This can include solo travelers, couples, friends, families, clubs, or small groups.
Private trips can include anyone you choose. Many of our travelers are women 50+, but your private trip can include spouses, partners, family members, friends, or mixed groups.
Absolutely. You do not need to know exactly where you want to go. Tell us your interests, timing, group size, budget, and travel style. We can suggest destinations that make sense.
Pricing depends on the destination, trip length, group size, season, hotels, transportation, meals, activities, and level of customization. Once we know what you're looking for, we can offer realistic guidance.
International flights are usually not included. Most travelers prefer to book their own flights. If internal flights are needed during the trip, we can often include or help arrange them.
It depends on the trip. Some private trips include a full-time tour leader. Others include local guides, drivers, hosts, and on-the-ground support. We'll recommend the best setup for your itinerary.
Yes. We can design trips around food, crafts, textiles, walking, photography, wellness, history, culture, festivals, or almost any other interest. Tell us what your group loves, and we'll see what's possible.
The earlier the better, especially for groups. For most private trips, we recommend starting the planning process at least 8–12 months in advance. For larger groups, popular destinations, special events, or peak travel seasons, 12–18 months is ideal. That said, shorter-notice trips may still be possible depending on the destination, group size, and availability.
In many cases, yes. If it makes sense for your group, we can collect payments from each traveler individually instead of requiring one person to manage all payments. This can be especially helpful for clubs, organizations, friend groups, and community trips. With that said, we are able to accommodate any kind of payment collection setup. After speaking with you, we can confirm the best payment structure once we understand your group and itinerary.
Absolutely. We can create private trips for women's groups, book clubs, craft and textile guilds, alumni groups, community organizations, nonprofit groups, social clubs, walking groups, photography groups, and many other types of communities. We'll work with the group leader or main contact to shape the trip, then help with the planning, logistics, pricing, guest communication, and travel details so the experience feels smooth from the beginning.
